stains and then flush all chemicals with pure solvent. Many different solvents
can be used, and we know the positives and negatives of each type. If there are
stains on your bridal gown that cannot be removed without damage to the fabric,

Our History and Our Guarantee
Our Association of Wedding Gown Specialists is unique in the bridal industry
because each member of the Association stands behind the work of every other
member. When you are ready to use your wedding gown again, any one of us will
press your bridal gown for you at no charge.
We can do this because we
are all highly-skilled (often second, third, or even fourth generation
cleaners), and we all work to the same museum quality standards.
Should
there be a problem with your wedding gown and the member who processed your
wedding gown is retired or is otherwise unavailable we stand behind that
member's work. Your bridal gown will be recleaned, and if it cannot be
recleaned successfully, we will give you full replacement value.
Many
of us do seal your wedding gown to prevent insects from damaging your bridal
gown and to limit the air that reaches your gown, but it is not vacuum-packed.
Vacuum packing traps moisture that can cause mildew and set wrinkles in your
wedding gown. If your wedding gown is sealed, we prefer that you not break the
seal without the supervision of one of us. However, breaking the seal does not
void our guarantee.
